Dr. Liz is passionate about oral systemic health, the connection between what’s going on in the mouth and what’s going on in the rest of the body. She is an active member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is also a Buteyko Breathing instructor and studies ancestral health philosophy through the Primal Health Coaching Institute. Dr. Liz enjoys cooking (and eating!), being outside, and traveling.
